I’m the Studio Manager and an instructor at Centred on Yoga, where I guide weekly classes that meet students wherever they are — from grounding gentle flows to strong, powerful practices.

In addition to studio classes, I offer private yoga sessions that can be customized to your goals and held in a space that feels right for you — whether that’s the beach, your home, or a cozy corner of the studio.

My Teaching Practice

My yoga journey began at 16 in my hometown of Woodstock, GA, where I discovered solace, sweat, and strength in the heat of Bikram yoga. I was drawn to the intensity, discipline, and inward focus the practice demanded — and I quickly fell in love with the powerful connection between breath, body, and mind.

When I moved to Fernandina in 2022, I found a new home at Centred on Yoga. Immersing myself in the community and exploring Baptiste-inspired vinyasa, I deepened my practice and earned my 200HR teacher training certification at COY. I’ve been teaching ever since, continually growing as both a student and a guide.

My classes are high-energy, empowering, and intentionally crafted to leave you feeling strong — physically, mentally, and emotionally. I teach with power, purpose, and play, creating space for challenge, growth, and transformation. Expect thoughtful sequences, motivational moments, and playlists designed to move you — inside and out.

Offerings

In- Studio Classes

I teach weekly classes at Centred on Yoga, bringing the heat (literally!) to our Baptiste-inspired flows:

  • Mondays | 6:30 AM — Heated Power

  • Tuesdays | 6:00 PM — 75-Minute Heated Power

I also sub classes from time to time — so stay tuned to Centred’s social media and Mindbody schedule for updates.

Privates

Private yoga is completely tailored to you. Whether it’s one-on-one or with a small group, I’ll come to you — beach, home, or wherever feels best. All levels are welcome, and I can bring mats if you don’t have your own. Every session is customized to match your goals, your vibe, and your flow.
